The Inconsiderate French

Our apartment is directly on the ground flr and just in fact the carpark is just centimetres away from the room which we are sleeping. Due to the cold weather, our french neighbour needs to warm up his car before he drives it to his work. The carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, tar,.. whatever u can find in the exhaust has unknowingly creeped into our room as the ventilation vent is just on top of the "window" facing the carpark! Well J Papa escapes from those gases as he goes to work pretty early. Left wif myself and Beanie to face it. I think we should highlight to our neighbour one day abt his inconsiderate act! What is more important? My beanie's health or his stupid car???
