J-Ning's Development - Almost 20 months

J-Ning's grandparents came to stay with us for 10 weeks. We were initially worried that J-ning was not able to adapt wif them n we were totally WRONG! It will just within a click of fingers that she was playing with them n making all the funny faces to make them notice her.

Well, i have always "complained" n worried that she has no company , now she has them n it made life so "interesting" for her that she will "report" to them in their room every now n then n make sure that her grandma is covered wif blanket everynite b4 she sleep.Piangzzz....

But it was indeed different in the house n her development too. The house become lively wif her running about, all the yakings n laughings n oh yes, her tantrum level shoots up from 4 to 8 with a range of 1 to 10.( u can imagine the great increase). Her adrenaline level shot up super high too. As for her development ...oooooo...

She is now able to read in short sentences like " Who is that?" " What is it?" etc etc. More vobulary words in bof chinese n english- increasing lot now that i duno how to write

And adding into her new"hobby", she likes to imitate what we are saying especially tagging the last few words of a sentence.

Well now, i m slowly "teaching" her how to read a simple story book wif about 30 words. She is beginning to be able to read 70% of it but cos she is so impatient that she only read the last word of each sentence.

One more thing that i m proud of is she is able to say her name properly in bof English n Chinese!

I guess the wink to learn n tweedlewink proves to be very helpful cos she is repeating each words everytime, i play them for her...

Now the next to do list for me as her mummy;

  1. Still to cultivate her reading hobby
  2. Potty train her once her grandparents are back.
