I have gotten a surprise from my dear J-Ning today. Maybe to some parents, it may be a "chey, wat so great abt it" but to me , it is fruit of labor of the hard work that has been put in.
As usual, whenever during diaper changing time, i will make use of the time to talk, sing song with her, today i was singing " Home on the range " to her.
This is what happened: Me: Oh give me a Ning : home Me: when the buffalo Ning : Loam- she cant pronouce roam Me:where the dear n the antelope Ning: play Me: where seldom is Ning: heard Me: A discou-rag-ing Ning: Word Me: And the sky is not cloudy Ning: all day, Lome lome ( she cant pronouce the home properly) Me: On the range.... Repeat.... I was caught back by surprise cos this song, i used to sing to her during her 8 , 9 months n only today i felt like singing it that i sang this to her again. So i tried another one : Humpty Dumpty Me: Humpty Dumpty sat on the Ning: Wall Me: Humpty Dumpty had a great Ning: Fall Me:all the king's soldiers n all the king's Ning:silence... cos she forget the men but she made the horse galloping n men action. Me:Could not put humpty together Ning: again.. Ning: Yeee... ( action of triumph) Do u think i should be proud of her ? Of cos i do! Keep it up!
