J-Ning n her sleepless nites

J-Ning has been down with her bad dreams recently. Even crying in her dreams. Whenever, she wakes up, she will pat her chest n say "cad cad" - Means Scared scared. I brought this matter up to , V who recomemmended me a website on feinugold diet n how certain foods can affect a child's development. I was surprised that berries family , tomatoes, prunes, capsicum , ... in fact are in the family, so i stop these foods for a while n see how it goes. Haizzz... so poor thing.
